A Contracts Manager with hands on experience is assigned to each project and responsible for overseeing a trouble free and safe installation.
Prior to installation, our Contracts Manager will visit and agree suitable dates and timeframes before issuing site specific method statements incorporating detailed lifting plans and installation sequence. Installations are planned and undertaken within the current HSE requirements and in line with all specific attendances required from the Main Contractor.
During installation, the fitting supervisor will ensure that the method statement and lifting plan is adhered to and that any amendments are only carried our following consultation and agreement with the contracts manager. They will also ensure that units are installed in accordance with the technical drawings and that all company and site specific health and safety requirements are fully complied with.
The Main Contractor must provide and keep clear suitable access roads and bases for the delivery vehicle and cranes to assist with a trouble free installation. Upon completion, the supervisor will formally hand over the finished floor to the Contractor’s representative for acceptance.
