Concrete

Quality raw materials, batching techniques and appropriate mix design are essential when it comes to harsh environments found in anaerobic digestors and similar projects. Spanwright UK concrete technicians are fully up to speed with the various exposure classes and their requirements ensuring products are manufactured to last!

Design

Spanwright UK’s workforce are customer focused and solution driven. Our engineering team is no exception and after establishing the client’s needs and expectations they can put their skills, experience and qualifications to good use. After selecting or designing the optimum product(s), plans will be passed on to our draftsman who can quickly turn out clear and concise layouts whilst considering the most efficient fitting sequence.

Production

With 3 different sites hosting modern production machinery, we can turn out large volumes of both repeat and tailor-made products whilst ensuring a quality finish and working within the dimensional tolerances required. With ISO approved management systems and comprehensive Factory Production Control procedures we are focused on getting things right first time every time.

Installation

After the point of commission, our dispatch team will keep a close eye on the project timeline, staying in regular contact with the project supervisors and also our own production managers to ensure delivery on time. With experienced fitting teams we can also undertake the installation of units where required.

Off-site construction significantly reduces time on site along with associated costs. There are also significant benefits in terms of reduced health & safety risks and the risk of delays on site.
